5 out of 5 starsConnie does an amazing job. I was sent these soaps in a timely manner, the color shown was accurate, they were packed with great care, and I was even sent more than expected. They have a very strong but pleasant smell, and they range in shapes sizes, measuring from about 2" to nearly 4" and vary in thickness too. Thank you Connie!

5 out of 5 starsI love this soap dish and will be ordering more. It's a nice size and will hold my biggest blocks of soap as well as its draining tray, which prevents it from getting mushy. A special word about this seller. I made changes to my order at the last minute, and she was wonderfully accommodating, patient and kind. Thank you!

After messaging the seller and quite rudely demanding a refund I learned the circumstances behind the delay, and the refund and product were shipped out before 24 hours had passed. I feel the customer service alone deserves 4 stars.

1 out of 5 starsThe dryer balls themselves were ok, but do NOT order. Takes MONTHS to get order. If you get it at all. I ordered from her twice. Nothing but issues both times. Never again.

I have to ask why if you were so dissatisfied after your first order, you sent me a note stating that you loved my shop and then placed a second order? We need to help each other during these challenging times, not slam someone's business. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. I hope you and your are well.

Due to the nature of my products I do not allow returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If there is a problem with your order once it arrives PLEASE contact me directly and immediately; so that I can do my best to make your shopping experience a good one. If your order is damaged when shipping please take photographs and keep all packaging and contents so that a file can be claimed with USPS. Purchasing additional USPS insurance when placing an order should be considered for large and expensive orders to insure a claim through with USPS.
If you are not happy with your order please give me a chance to find a solution. I value you as a customer.
